Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Alpha-System RP10-AVR4 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Amk products, including obsoleted and phased-out Altech parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Hdr product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Amk such as the KW2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MC85ADC24V manufactured by Altech and we are pleased to be able to service most Altech systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ZF248025CFK03 by Manufacturer Hdr as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Ametek Brand 402278102 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Amp such as 77L41C162500BKI equipment made by Amp have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Amp products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Amp" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SO11063001 made by American-Led-gible as well as the popular 001009341 original spares produced by Applied-Materials

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FGR135506 by Amk and 77L41C162500BKI spares by Amp are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
